The Ensign Claims Operation offers specialist insurance solutions
through a flexible approach to meet the exact requirements of the customer. This is
achieved through close liaison by claims management with the broker and
the larger commercial clients from day one to provide a claims handling
service that meets the requirements and expectations of the customer.

Ensign also provides meaningful risk analysis reports to assist commercial
clients with risk management initiatives. Claims experience reports
can be provided on a regular basis to give the client a constant overview of

The Claims Offices each under the control of a Claims Management Team,
are responsible for the day-to-day handling of claims received by Ensign. Each
branch operation consists of a number of specialist personnel/teams who carry
out specific roles to ensure that claims are handled quickly, efficiently,
and competently.
The operation is supported by our Outsource Partners / Claims Handling Agents,
and a number of other specialist Service Providers.
